马念杰,男,汉族,辽宁省开原市人,1959年生,hth华体会网页版(北京)能源与矿业学院教授、博导,现任煤炭行业巷道支护与灾害防治工程研究中心主任,国家安全生产专家,国家“653”工程巷道支护领域首席专家,中国煤炭协会采矿专家,国家政府特殊津贴获得者。1988年毕业于hth华体会网页版采矿工程专业,获工学博士学位。1992年至1993年德国TU braunschweig大学高访学者,1997年晋升为教授。1991年获“做出突出贡献的中国博士学位获得者”称号,1992年获国务院“政府特殊津贴”,1992年获评“江苏省高校青年骨干教师 ”,1994年获“中国青年科学基金会孙越崎青年科技奖”,1998年被评为江苏省普通高校“青蓝工程”跨世纪学术培养人选,2002年列入教育部“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”,2004年12月,获北京市“产、学、研”先进个人。长期从事煤矿巷道围岩控制、矿山顶板与动力灾害防治、巷道快速掘进技术装备等方面的研究。承担国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家973计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目1项以及其他多项国家级课题的研究,企业横向合作课题近百项。科研成果获国家发明奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级特等奖1项、其他省部级奖励15项,出版专著6部、发表论文100余篇,SCI、EI、ISTP收录30余篇,申请发明专利15项。
研究生培养方向:(1)巷道蝶形破坏理论及其在冒顶、动力灾害、瓦斯抽采中的应用;(2)巷道快速智能掘进技术与装备;(3)地震规律与机理。

N.J. Ma, born in Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province in 1959, isaprofessor and PhD supervisor of the School of Energy and Mining, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), director of the Coal Mine Roadway Support and Disaster Prevention Engineering Research Center, national expert of safety production, chief expert of roadway support for national project 653, mining expert of China Coal Association, and recipient of special government allowance. He graduated from China University of Mining and Technology in 1988 with a Doctoral degree in mining engineering. From 1992 to 1993, he was a senior visiting scholar at the TU braunschweig University in Germany, and then promoted to professorship in 1997. He was awarded the title of“Chinese Doctorate Holder with Outstanding Contribution”in 1991,“Special Government Allowance”by the State Council in 1992, the title of“Outstanding Young College Teacher of Jiangsu Province”in 1992, the“Sun Yueqi Award of China Youth Science Foundation”in1994,“Cross-Century Academic Training Candidate for the“Youth Project”ofInstitutionsof Higher Learning in Jiangsu Province”in 1998. He was selected in the“Cross-Century Excellent Talents Training Program”of the Ministry of Education, and awarded the title of“Advanced Individual in Production and Academic Research.”
He has been long engaged in research on surrounding rock control of coal mine roadway, prevention of mine roof and power disasters, and rapid roadway tunneling technology and equipment. He has undertaken 1NationalKeyR&DProject, 1 project ofNational 973Plan, 2 key projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 1joint-foundationkey project of National Natural ScienceFoundation, and other national-level research projects, about 100 scientific research projects in cooperation with enterprises. He has won 1 award of national invention, 1 second prize of National Prize forProgressin Science and Technology, 1 provincial and ministerial-levelspecial prize, 15 other provincial and ministerial awards, and published 6 monographs, more than 100 papers, with more than 30 articles collectedbySCI, EI, and applied for 15 invention patents.
He supervises graduate students in thefollowingspecialties: (1) butterfly failuretheoryand its application in roof fall, dynamic disaster and gas drainage; (2) rapid intelligent tunneling technology and equipment; (3) seismic law and mechanism.
