Hongze ZHAO is an associate professor working at the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). He is born in May 1978, Shanxi Province, P. R. China. He received his BA, MA and PhD at Xi’an Mining Institute, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) and China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in 2000,2004 and 2012. He served as a Associate Professor at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2015, and also as a visitingscholarat Pennsylvania State University(USA). His research interests includeopen-pit mining technology,slope engineering in open-pit mines,intelligent mine and safety management in coal mines. The following is the representative publications:
